Common questions

• The forecast is old. The app shows the age of the forecast it has. It fetches once per session when it has signal and keeps working on the cached copy when it does not. Pull to refresh with signal to fetch again.
• The score changed since this morning. Cloud forecasts move through the day. The score is recomputed every time a new forecast arrives.
• Golden hour ends early at my spot. A ridge or building to the west blocks the sun before the horizon does. The terrain shadow is in the timeline; move the pin to see how nearby spots differ.
• Restoring Pro. Settings, Restore purchases. Pro is tied to your Apple ID, not to a GoldenHour account, because there is none.
• What the app sends. Rounded map coordinates for forecasts, and optional EXIF-stripped verification photos. The privacy page has the detail.
